How editing access works
- Add the person’s ChatGPT email to the Approved Users table in Airtable.
- Set Active and choose Owner, Administrator, Editor, or Viewer.
- Enable Can Delete only for people allowed to remove site visits, jobs, staff, or recurring schedules.
